Folaldafoss

Folaldafoss in the Berufjarðará river is one of these remaining places in Iceland where you can feel and touch the raw nature. There are no signs “do not enter”, you are more than welcome to be here. From the parking lot, the waterfallis not anyhow impressive, but if you are already here in the area, invest 30 minutes of your life to go down to the waterfall, you will not regret. I promise.

Folaldafoss is a waterfall in East Iceland, just a few hundred meters off the unfamous road 939 – the Öxi pass.
